Ashlee Brown is a systems thinker and people strategist with over 15 years of experience leading HR, operations, and organizational culture work across mission-driven sectors. Before founding QuantumPath, she built a career at the intersection of compliance, care, and conflict transformation—supporting leaders, teams, and institutions through growth, realignment, and healing.

Ashlee specializes in designing inclusive HR policies, resolving complex personnel challenges, and helping organizations operationalize their values. Her approach is calm, thoughtful, and deeply grounded in equity. Whether facilitating leadership coaching or rewriting a team’s workflow from the ground up, Ashlee brings both emotional intelligence and operational clarity to every engagement.

She’s passionate about creating cultures where people can thrive—especially those who’ve been historically excluded or underserved in the workplace.

Rodney Butler is a seasoned customer experience leader with more than 15 years of expertise in relationship-building, service design, and team development. With a background that spans tech startups, hospitality, and healthcare, Rodney understands what it takes to make people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Before co-founding QuantumPath, Rodney led customer experience efforts at companies like Faire Wholesale and Square, where he improved service quality, designed onboarding systems, and built internal training programs from the ground up. He’s also contributed meaningfully in roles that required regulatory precision and operational efficiency—skills that now help QuantumPath clients build trust across stakeholders.
